A social programme for lesbian and gay people

August 31, 2007

OUT LGBT Well-being will be launching OUTside, a safe social space for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people on 1 September 2007.

OUT is expanding their direct services in offering its constituency an opportunity to interact with like minded others in a safe environment.

OUTside will include the following: Drama & Life Skill workshops; hobby demonstrations; self defence sessions; yoga & meditation classes; speed dating; car boot sales; a coffee corner; a library; DVD discussions and board games. This community programme will be offered every second Saturday.

OUT Well-being is a non-profit organisation that promotes lesbian, gay bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people's sexual and mental health, and rights, and aims to reduce heterosexism and homophobia in society.
