Joburg Pride 2011
Joburg Pride, the largest and oldest gay and lesbian event on the African continent, will be celebrating its 22nd birthday on Saturday 1st October 2011 at Zoo Lake Sports Club. The Joburg Pride Board calls on the LGBT community and supporters of the community to take part. Bring your family, friends and pets to celebrate our sexual diversity and freedoms in a fabulous and memorable day of celebration. This year's theme is Born This Gay, highlighting the deteriorating human rights landscape for LGBT people across Africa and the world. Read more
