Wake up
Take 2-4 Phedra-Cut caps with 300ml water. 3 caps ZMA, 30 minutes before workout or breakfast.

Workout (if in morning)
Train, high itensity, for not longer than 60 min.
Training in the morning on an empty stomach is best for burning fat all day, as it boosts your resting metabolic rate (RMR).
If it is not possible to train in the morning, your training session can be fitted in at any time during the day.
Remember that your pre-workout and post-workout supplementation and meals will shift accordingly.

Post workout
Have one serving (½ a teaspoon) of L-Glutamine, directly after workout for rapid muscle recovery.

Midmorning - Meal 2 - meal replacement shake
Description
1 serving USN Diet Fuel (25g protein, 20g carbs / only 198 calories)

30 minutes after meal 2

30 minutes before lunch
Large glass of water with L-Glutamine or HMB Creatine Complex

Lunch - Meal 3 (best option)
Description
1 medium baked (microwaved) sweet potato or potato
1 skinless chicken breast or hake fillet (microwave or grilled with spray and cook)
1 cup of cooked broccoli
1-2 CLA caps
OR
Lunch - Meal 3 (second option)
1 cup of cooked brown rice
½ tin of solid tuna in water
1 green apple - or two slices of fresh pineapple
1 cup of mixed vegetables
1-2 CLA caps
OR
Lunch - Meal 3 (third option)
Description
1 100g lean grilled steak
1 cup of cooked brown rice, baked potato or sweet potato
1 cup of cooked or steamed green beans
½ green apple
1-2 CLA caps
NB - Do not choose this option more than twice per week.


Mid-afternoon - Meal 4
Description
1 serving USN Diet Fuel with 2-4 caps Phedra-Cut.

30 minutes after meal 4
Large glass of water.

Dinner - Meal 5 (best option)
Description

30 minutes after dinner

Late evening - Meal 6
Description
½ serving Pure Protein

Before Bed
½ teaspoon L-Glutamine with water and 3 caps ZMA

Important notes for best results - NB. Always read product lables and “directions for use” properly
Avoid:
Table salt, sugar, oils (except for extra virgin olive oil, flax seed oil or cod liver oil), margarine's with high fat contents, sauces and products with preservatives, dairy products (except for fat free cottage cheese), all cold drinks and fruit juices (except for 0 calorie drinks like coke light and tab), any wheat containing products
and pasta.
Do add the following to your diet:
At least 8 glasses of water per day, calcium, magnesium and vitamin C (Calmag C), multi vitamin and mineral complex (USN Multiplex). Apple cider vinegar liquid can be used with all meals to improve results. Use one table spoon of cod liver oil, flax seed oil or extra virgin olive oil, once a day, with breakfast or lunch.
NB
Have enough sleep, 7 to 8 hours per day. Never train for more than 6 consecutive days per week. Do not use Phedra-Cut for more than 5 consecutive days per week.
